Change to Crippling Slash
Lets be honest here, warrior elites that have been added in factions+nightfall have sucked. The only ones that people ever used were YAA and d slash, and maybe also steady stance when it was broken. (from a pvp viewpoint)
When last weeks update hit i thought they were going to change crippling slash to add bleeding+cripple, and was like 'GJ Anet - a great fix to this skill, but unfortunately it was a typo =(.
I'm suggesting that they change crippling slash to add bleeding and crippling. This change would make this skill actually worth using. And its not like it's overpowered or anything because it will be ELITE anyway. And elite skills are basically 2 skills in one. Maybe just a slight adrenaline increase to 5 (to decrease its spamability).

Crippling shot is 15 energy, Hamstring is 15 energy.
Crippling slash seems fine to me, I use it on my warrior and spamming crippling slash is fun

crip shot is more like 6 energy. And ranged, which makes all the differance.
With crippling anthem out there... yeah. This skill sux. Maybe add some minor damage like +5...17?

Hm... it's true... the skill is a bit more like a normal skills than an Elite...
But crippling + bleed is a bit too much, you can't scape and receibe constant damage... hm...
It' called crippling slash, too... so... a bit of some extra damage or extra chance to critical should do.

I really want bleeding, I hate seeing Sever, Gash, Final as the ONLY sword option out there besides Dragon Slash and stupid adrenaline crap. I want to change over 80% of the warrior elites to be "usable" yet Anet seems to have this amazing Idea that Hundred Blades has a purpose somewhere with Vigorous spirit in a top 100 gvg build.

I wouldn't mind adding bleeding to it tbh.

Add Bleeding on a duration scale similar to Sever Artery, increase adrenaline cost to 5 or 6.
I think that'd work quite nicely.

Wouldnt it be cool if it was like a searing flames/jungle strike mix
As in it cripples but against crippld foes it deos a nice +30 dmg or somthing
But adding bleeding or somthing would be nice too.

@Diddy I like that.
"Target for is crippled for X seconds. If target foes is already crippled that foe takes +X damage instead."
But you wouldn't want the extra damage too high with that four adrenal cost.
Maybe like +20 or something.

I like the added bleeding idea...suggested the same on HB...but maybe that would be too overpowered.
CS needs a rethink....not to mention all the other warrior elites that get NO use... pve or pvp.
[card]primal rage[/card] being ...by far...the worst

The reason it's an elite is because I cripples for a fair amount of time. But it's very spammable.
Not like it's fun running person to person and cripple everybody, it can work out that way.
But generally, I do think it should do like 1-15 more damage.
Also, most crippling skills are pretty useless in PvE, seeing that the enemies hardly run away.
Also Quivering Blade is a nice elite from Factions for the sword. It's a great damage dealer.
Forceful Blow is a nice hammer skill.
Whirling Axe is an extremely spammable elite.
Charging Strike is also a good warrior elite.
Magehunter Strike is gaining popularity.
Rage of the Ntouka is also gaining popularity for knockdowns.
So you can't really say the new elites are crap.

actually all those are pretty crappy except charging for spike rly... Take a look at enraging charge and rage of touka and you'll see why (If they removed the disable ntouka would be pretty leet tho), I cant see why anyone would use mage + prot strike rather than deep wound + prot strike for spike, whirling and quivering.. yeah that would be cool except nobody really does use them in serious pvp..forceful blow.. last i checked that sucked whatever it was. Crippling slash is even better than some of those.
Now look at the new elites they add for monks.. LoD (most overpowered elite in the game) Zealous ben... right. Monk favoratism lol.

/signed for add Bleeding, would give Sword warriors a place in GvG's rather than D-Slash Adreno-machines.

Umm... you guys must have missed this earlier. A.net is planning on doing a skill rebalance either this weekend or next week. Some people on these forums had noted that for a few seconds Crippling Slash's skill description was changed to include bleeding.
So looks like you are getting your wish with that.

if bleeding was added BEFORE crippling, i could see it working, but if its like a coverup condition... TBH i think thats a tidbit overpowered.

I'm not in favor of bleeding, because it may become a wee bit too powerful since you got the person crippled as well.
This can easily then play double role for Hamstring and Sever Artery which we all can assume. I see interesting spikes coming.

No one uses those elites, what are you talking about. And i'm talking about PVP here, who cares what you use in pve because whatever it is, it'll probably work. Im not quite sure when you say 'gaining popularity', who is that you're talking about? If you hit Obs mode i doubt you'll see any team running any of those elites...

I think I'd rather see Hundred Blades get bleeding instead. I'm in favor of +damage if target is already crippled.
